This setup also allows me to curate a menu specifically for you and your guests, giving you a personalized, elevated experience that’s impossible to recreate in a public setting.

When I first started doing pop-up dinners, I offered them at $70 a person. Then I went up to $90, and eventually $100–$120. But here’s the truth: even at that price, my profit was next to nothing.
These dinners take days of planning and prep, staffing, rentals, insurance, and sourcing high-quality ingredients. And I’m not cutting corners. You’re getting a restaurant-quality, 4 or 5-course fine dining experience, created and served personally by me and my team.
So going forward, my pricing reflects that. It’s $130 per person — because I want to do it right and actually make a living doing what I love. I know it’s not for everyone, and that’s okay. But if you value the experience, I promise you’re getting every bit of what you pay for — and more.
